As a systems-level expert, my lens and approach is organic towards creating, advancing, and embedding racial equity and inclusive culture. My consultation and coaching application is supportive, authentic, challenging, and strengths-based. I make an intentional effort to value and honor existing accomplishments while transforming your individual and organizational leadership for maximized potential and strategic impact.
Through awareness and deep analysis, I serve as a partner to identify the issues and barriers to vision and mission aligned success. I consult and coach my clients towards technical and adaptive strategies and actions that are intentional and result in strategic and long-term mission aligned impact.
